With over 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, Hemant Anavkar stands amongst the reputed technocrats in the country. An engineer by qualification, Hemant joined hands with Aasif to start Fabtech and identify the opportunities in cleanroom panel segment. Since then the duo has gone on to revolutionize the way Pharmaceutical companies are designed and constructed in India. As the CEO of Fabtech, Hemant brings invaluable strategic perspective to our business. Besides having rich experience in execution of Pharmaceutical plant projects, Hemant is well versed with design, R&;D, production & planning, and sales & service. His extensive global travel and interaction with world subject leaders have given him an insight into international standards and quality requirements.
Mr. Nair graduated from Bombay University with BSc Hons in Chemistry and went to London University for his Masters in Analytical Chemistry. He started working in Astra and Sandoz-Wander in the UK and later joined Glaxo. He was transferred to India as the Quality Head and subsequently rose to the position of Corporate Quality Head of all Glaxo sites. He became factory manager for both the API plants and the formulation plants. Later, as the Technical Director on the Board of Glaxo India, he was in charge of operations of all plants, QA, R&;D, and Engineering. Mr. Nair helped set up the Global supply chain for Glaxo. He has Co-authored GMP guide for OPPI (Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India) and authored the Anti-counterfeiting Guide for OPPI. When he retired from Glaxo he started his Consultancy Company. He is also Chairman of ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering) and has conducted several seminars for the pharmaceutical industry.
Shabbir Badami has over 30 years of strategic marketing experience in the pharma and pharma machinery business. A pharmacist by qualification, SB has around 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
